With a degree in business administration, Carmen worked for Bombardier for almost thirteen years, most recently as CFO in the Rolling Stock Equipment (RSE) division. Prior to that, Carmen Schmieder held strategic and market analysis positions for the automotive supplier Hella for more than three years. Her focus is on transformation processes of various finance functions, internal auditing, change management as well as standardized data and computer systems.
