MGA (Mobility | Medical Goes Additive) is Europe’s leading users-driven network for industrial Additive Manufacturing. We connect professionals from across industries to drive AM forward and help unlock its full potential in industry, healthcare and lifestyle. With around 150 members representing the entire Additive Manufactruring supply chain, ranging from material producers and machine manufacturers to software providers, service bureaus, end‑users and research institutions, MGA offers a unique platform for collaboration and innovation.

We organize more than 60 working group meetings and 50+ events per year, creating a dynamic platform for knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and innovation. Our Berlin team also facilitates connections and ensures smooth communication across the network.

We operate at an international level with activities that go far beyond Germany, while maintaining a clear focus on the European AM ecosystem. We tackle industry challenges collaboratively across sectors and provide direct links to politics, standardization bodies and global networks. With our strong user driven perspective, shaped by our origins in the AM department at Deutsche Bahn, MGA was created to fill the industry need for a network that connects users with the right AM experts across all levels of the supply chain.

While we are based in Berlin and maintain a strong European focus, MGA welcomes members and partners from all over the world. As an international AM network, what matters most is the shared commitment to advancing industrial Additive Manufacturing within the European AM ecosystem. Companies from any country are welcome to participate, including those from China, as long as they operate production facilities in Europe. Sales offices alone are not sufficient, since active involvement in the European Additive Manufacturing industry is essential for our community.

Becoming an MGA member is simple. You can submit a membership application here. Once accepted by the board, you’ll gain immediate access to working groups, meetings, and our extensive international AM network. Membership fees depend on the size and type of your organisation, measured by the number of employees. Please note that all memberships follow the fiscal year from July to June.
