vote for AM until 16 August 2020!

[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]Women in the digital economy – they are rare, but they DO exist! They are founders or shapers in business, politics and society who drive digitalization forward and make a lasting impact. The Digital Female Leader Award – an initiative of Global Digital Women – aims to shine a light on inspiring and motivating women and tell their stories. In this respect, we are very proud that our Managing Director has been nominated in the category “Mobility”.

The Digital Female Leader Award prize is awarded in 15 categories. Out of three finalists per category, the winner will be awarded and will be announced at the awards ceremony on 28 November 2020. In addition, the winner of the Audience Award will be chosen from the pool of all applicants in August 2020 – so your vote counts now![/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_btn title=”CLICK HERE AND VOTE UNTIL 16 AUGUST 2020″ style=”custom” custom_background=”#e67807″ custom_text=”#ffffff” size=”lg” align=”left” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fdigital-female-leader.de%2Fen%2Fbewerberinnen20%2Fstefanie-brickwede%2F|title:CLICK%20HERE%20AND%20VOTE%20UNTIL%2016%20AUGUST%202020|target:%20_blank|”][vc_empty_space][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”4111″ img_size=”600×800″][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]For many years, MGA has been committed to the visibility of women in our industry. There is a good reason why we are initiators of the Women in AM Summit, which takes place every March ahead of the Additive Manufacturing Forum organized by our partner IPM AG. At this event, we give women in 3d printing a stage as, with only around 13 percent, they are still clearly unequally represented in the AM industry.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Stefanie Brickwede works as a Senior Executive for our founding member Deutsche Bahn AG heading the corporate project 3d printing, a highly innovative and above all digital technology. Since the beginning, more than 20,000 parts have been additively manufactured which contributed to the performance and reliability of the German railway system.
Four years ago, Stefanie passionately launched the “MGA” network, which has evolved into the leading international network for industrial additive manufacturing. Besides these roles, she has also been called as the project leader by the Berlin senate to establish the Industrial Additive Manufacturing Hub Berlin, a neutral place where companies, universities and politics can explore the advantages of AM in a beautiful coworking place with 3d printers. Located on the large area in the south of Berlin, the IAM Hub Berlin gives great potential for the settlement of 3d printing company and is going to be opened up with a ceremony on 6 October 2020 during the course of our MGA Annual Meeting 2020.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]With her tremendous spirit and dedication to industrial 3D printing, she encourages women in additive manufacturing and shares her experiences, especially those she gained as a woman in a leadership position in a technical-digital field. Anyone who would also like to exchange views on this matter should save the date and join our 4th European Summit for Women in Additive Manufacturing in Berlin on 10 March 2021 prior to the AM Forum 2021 organized by our partner IPM AG.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]More articles and interviews on the topic:
